Cyclamen

Cyclamen is a genus of flowering plants in the family Primulaceae. These perennial plants are native to the Mediterranean region, parts of the Middle East, and some parts of Central Asia. Cyclamen are prized for their attractive foliage and beautiful flowers that bloom in winter and early spring.

Cyclamen plants grow from tubers and have heart-shaped leaves that are often variegated with silver or green. The flowers are produced on tall stems and have five petals that are twisted and reflexed. Cyclamen flowers can be white, pink, red, or purple, and they have a sweet fragrance.
