Due to the sensitive and breakable nature of our products, it's understandable that damages may occur despite our meticulous packaging methods. If you find that your plant or pot has arrived in a less than satisfactory condition, please reach out to us at hello@plantsforallseasons.co.uk within a month of your delivery date. When contacting us, please provide your order reference, alongside a photo clearly showing the damaged item and its packaging, including the delivery label. We are committed to resolving such issues by offering a refund or a replacement, depending on the availability of the item in question.
We are unable to accept returns that are not related to damage because plants are inherently perishable and delicate. It's also worth noting that the plant you receive may slightly differ from the images displayed on our website. This variation is natural, given that each plant is unique and subject to seasonal growth changes.

Aglaonema, commonly referred to as the Chinese Evergreen, is a genus of flowering plants native to tropical and subtropical regions of Asia. The "Red Dragon" variant, like many other Aglaonema cultivars, is prized for its strikingly colored foliage. Its care is generally similar to other Aglaonema, but with some considerations given its specific coloration.
Leaves: The "Red Dragon" has distinct reddish-pink to deep red leaves combined with green edges and sometimes with a mottled or speckled pattern. This vibrant coloration is what earns it its memorable name.
Flowers: Like other Aglaonema, the "Red Dragon" can produce small, spathe-and-spadix type flowers similar to other plants in the Araceae family, like Peace Lilies. However, they're generally grown for their foliage, not their flowers.
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain its vibrant coloration, but can adapt to lower light levels. Avoid direct sunlight as it can scorch and fade the leaves.
Water: Water when the top 1-2 inches of the soil feels dry. Overwatering can lead to root rot, a common issue with Aglaonemas.
Humidity: Aglaonema appreciates higher humidity but will tolerate typical household humidity. If your home's air is dry, consider occasional misting or using a humidifier.
Temperature: They prefer warmer temperatures between 65°F (18°C) and 80°F (27°C). Keep them away from cold drafts and sudden temperature drops.
Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix. A general-purpose potting soil with added perlite or sand can work well.
Feeding: During the growing season (spring and summer), feed the plant once a month with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength.
Pruning: You can prune any yellow or damaged leaves to keep the plant looking its best. This also allows the plant to direct energy to healthier growth.
Repotting: Aglaonema doesn't require frequent repotting. Typically, you'd repot when the plant becomes root-bound or the soil appears exhausted. This can be every 2-3 years.
Pests: Watch for pests like aphids, mealybugs, and spider mites. If any are detected, treat promptly with insecticidal soap or neem oil.
Caution: Aglaonemas, including "Red Dragon", are toxic to pets and humans if ingested. Keep them out of reach of pets and children.
Maintaining consistent care will ensure that the Aglaonema "Red Dragon" thrives. As with any plant, adjust care routines based on the specific environment and conditions in your home.
